Oliver Amft is coordinating the iCareNet network at TU Eindhoven. Oliver is an Assistant Professor at TU Eindhoven leading the ACTLab research group, and a senior research advisor at the Wearable Computing Lab, ETH Zurich. He received the Dipl.-Ing.

Nico van der Aa

Nico van der Aa is computer vision researcher at Noldus Information Technology, where he investigates techniques to capture and interpret human motion from video recordings.

Jakob E. Bardram

Jakob E. Bardram is a professor at the IT University of Copenhagen (ITU) and runs the Pervasive Interaction Technology Laboratory (pIT Lab).

Mark van Gils

Mark van Gils is Principal Scientist at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland. He is leading the Signal and Image processing team in the area ICT for Health. He received his M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from the Technical University Eindhoven in 1990. In 1995 he obtained a Ph.D.

Martin Glos

Medical Engineer, obtained his academic degree in electrical engineering in 1994 and in computer science in 1998. In 2005 he received the degree "Medical physicist" issued by the Humboldt University Berlin.

Ivo Locher

Dr. Ivo Locher is electrical engineer with specialization in wearable computing and signal processing. Since Spring 2006, he heads the R&D for Smart Fabrics (electronic fabrics) at Sefar Group.

Thomas Penzel
